SCOUTING: Milton Kefauverof Jersey City, N. J., was assistant scoutmaster of Troop 150, Boy Scouts of America. One day he changed from the Boy Scout'uniform to the Army uniform, and eventually the stripe of a private first class replaced the badge of an Eagle Scout.When he packed his kit to go to Germany for occupation duty, he included a copy of the Boy Scout’s Handbook. Now stationed with an Air Forces unit near Wiesbaden, he is teaching American democracy to German youth. Yep, he organized a “branch” of Troop 150 over there.
