Miss Alida Patterson, daughterof Major John O. Patterson, of Freebok., X J., assisted hv Mies Nettie Foster, r daughter of Adjutant William H Foster, of Sfobeyville, X. Dr. W. \V. Case.‘of Trenton, N. J., who in turn presented it to the Regiment-i al Reunion Association, in whose behalf it was accepted by Henry C. Larowe, of Brooklyn. N YAddresses were also delivered bv Rev.John Handley, of Vineland. X. J., and1 j Judge William H. Vredenburg, of the | Xew Jersey Supreme Court. A dedication' ode was read by E. D. Smith, of Elitabeth, X. J. The monument, which is located near Frederick Junction, is a shaft of granite surmounted by the figure of an infantryman cut from the sameatone. ^ 'The Xew Jersay veterans who came here on a special train to witness theunveiling, will return tomorrow.
