A Ford City career Army man has been promoted to major before being assigned to Germany.Major Edward Klaput, son of Mr. and Mrs Edward Klaput of 1404 Church Hoad, Ford City, will visit the Ford City area with his wife and children from mid July to August, before taking up his new assignment.
