' • . •, •‘The' high'standard'of'the training received by local. guardsmen has been attested to by the rapid advancement of the 25 former members serving'with the 'army, navy, and marine corps. 'Men who enlist in the company now,'and expect to serve with the regular armed ‘ forces within the near future, will be released without delay. These men will, be able to take advantage-of the, outdoor training period •from' July.-19' to Julv 26 it.Camp Zaleski in Vinton county. It will conduct a demonstration of guerilla warfare for other units of the regiment, and will act as the advance guard for . the battalion's practice-march at night through the Vinton county hill*.. ...The guerilla warfare demonstration will be held by a platoon in charge of First Lieut; Tom Knowl-ton and Sergeant Charles Barnett, at the, request of CoL Wade C.
