3rd Armd GI Charged In Stabbing DeathFRANKFURT (SS) — A 3rd Armd Div soldier has been charged with premeditated murder in the stabbing death of a guard at Ayers Casern in Kirch Goens last month, a division spokesman said Friday.Pvt, Thomas B. Knighton, 20, of B Co, 3rd Bn, 36th Inf, is being held in the death of Spec. 4 Kenneth A. Kerstetter, 21, of C Co, 2nd Bn, 32nd Armor, who was found stabbed in the PX parking lot at Ayers on June 25. Further circumstances surrounding the death have not been disclosed.
