Area War DeadReturn to U. S.The bodies of 174 more Ameri-cans who died during World War II have been returned to the United 1 States from Europe. The armed i forces dead, originally buried in temporary military cemeteries in | France, Holland. and Belgium, were returned aboard the United States army transport Carroll Victory.The transport carried 17 bodies of Southern Illinois dead among the I total of 3,333 returned.The names of the armed forces dead of Southern Illinois and their next of kin are:S.
