Weber earns military promotionJames R. Weber was promoted April 5, when Col. William Hughes pinned on his new rank of LTCJames R. Weber. The ceremony was conducted in the Darnall Army Hospital at Fort Hood, Texas, in the hospital recovery room,to ensure maximum participationof Weber’s friends and co-workers.Following the ceremony there was a reception in the operating room breakroom. Also present were his father and mother, Claude R. and Freida M. Weber ofGreensburg, and his wife. MajorJulie K. Weber.James R. Weber earns his new rank in Texas.
