Corlis Preston, Felton,Enlists In U. S. NavyCorlis E. Preston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vilas G. Preston, Felton, has! enlisted in the United States navy, it was announced today by R. M.Brockmann, chief machinists matein charge of the navy recruiting station in Fargo.Preston was transferred to thenaval training station, Great Lakes, 111., where he will complete eight weeks training before being assigned to a trade school or to sea duty.
