Chas. Bar-her of Dows is named as alternate.(John Arthur Young is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Young of this city. He passed the examination for cadets held here recently and made a remarkable record. Waterloo and the Third congressional district will .look with confidence to the career which the young man has set his ambition on.
