MILITARY MATTERS.Company D, Under Command of Capt. Gilpin, Will Leave for Urbana Sunday Morning.Co. D will leave for Urbana, to-mor* row morning to attend the annual encampment of the Second Regiment, Ohio National Guard. The company will spend a week there with the other companies for the purpose of receiving instructions in military of war times. Co.
