Railway Employees Form Company Sir Thomas Shaughntssy lias approved of the formation oZ a Canadian Paciiic Company of the Montreal Home Guard to consist of about 2F.0 men, the arms and equipment to be supplied by the railway company. Half of the company will bo enrolled from the offices and employees at the Angus shops and the other half from the Windsor and Place Vigor stations All departments of the service will be embraced in the composition of this company. At a later date mini i-ture ranges will be, established at Angus and Windsor station, where members of the company will be afforded an opportunity to practice marknianship. From the number of applications already received the | movement promises to. be a complete success. The first parade of the Windsor station company was held on Saturday afternoon when there was a full response to the roil call. Instructions in drill were given by Sergennt-Majjr Sharpe, who was formerly in the Imperial Army, having seen active service in Burma and South frica, and who is therefore well qualified to give drill instructions.
