• • •LIEUT. ARTHUR SKINNERLdeuL Arthur Skinner returned home Sunday after serving nearly two years with the A. E. F. in France. He was a member of Co. G. and in 1916 left here with that company for the Mexican border. He also served with the company at the time they guarded the docks at Ashland. He sailed for France with the 32nd division on the ISth of Feb. 1918. At the time of the signing of the armistice he attended a school and was given a commission as lieutenant and assigned to duty with a liquidation commission. He arrived in the states the 12th of January 1920 on the George Washington transport. *
