Army Private Timothy P. Dunigan, son of Verlin P. Dunigan, 4215 South Twelfth, was his company’s high scorer on the physical proficiency test held at the end of his basic training cycle at the U. S. Army Training Center at Ft. Campbell, Ky. The rigid test, based on skills that require coordination and endurance, is designed to evaluate a soldier’s physical capabilities and to determine whether he has the stamina needed in battle.
