Wayne, Beaver City men are decoratedWASHINGTON. CP. Two Nebraskans have been decorated for meritorious achievement while participating in anti-submarine patrol flights, the war department said Saturday.Lt. William B. Canning, Wayne, received the third bronze oak leaf cluster to the air medal. The second bronze oak leaf cluster to the air medal was given to Flight Officer Robert M. McCue, Beaver City.
