National Guard UnitCalled ToDutyW. D. Foster, Captain, 149th, Co.E, Gets Notice1l ast week Captain W. D. Foster re eived his notice to call all the older members of the National Guard to j colors Thursday night at 1 minute after midnight ready for active service upon being examined. They were to have been examined on Friday, but the doctors failed to arrive until Saturday. A thorough examinationwas given each member of the 77 icn (the officers who are commission-\ — —d having been examined before this)md there were but four failures inhe entire list.
