Ci. W LINNENKOHL TO HAVE CHARGE OF THE INTERNED GERMAN SEAMENG. W. Linnenkohl, senior officer of tin* Border Patrol here, has been chosen to be in charge of the Fort ! Stanton camp where 400 Geiman seamen are to be interned. Mr. Linnenkohl is tushing the construction work at the camp, enlarging the facilities from a 200-camp to take care of the 400 who will arrive soon after Jan 27 It is understood that 35 men will arrive in the first detachment. Mr. Linnenkohl will have ten Border Patrolmen on his staff. i
