Seven Moberlyans Among Nine Men In Feb. 14 QuotaSeven. Moberlyans, a Clark youth, and a resident of Jacksonville will fill Randolph County's quota of nine men to be inducted Feb. 14, E. H. Lotter, clerk of the .local draft board announced today.The men have received their i , orders, to report. The group is to be inducted at the Army and Air Force recruiting station in ; Kansas. City and. then probably will be sent to Fort Sill, Okla;, for basic training in the Army. The Navy and Air Force are taking no draftees, and all Army men are to be sent to Fort Sill, according to a Selective Service announcement of last week.The seven Moberly men are James Leonard Heathman, Howard Preston Oliver, William Benton Wilson, Billy Patrick, Wendell Jerome Manard.
