Clark and Kinny Franklin. all colored, who were arrested last week hv Chief O’Brien andAssistant Chief Walsh, after another colored man had complained that thev had cleaned him out of $35 in cash and a $f»0 Libertv bond during a card game, also took place in police court yesterday. The evidence was such that the first three men were dismissed. but Franklin, who vv.us running the game, donated $25 to the city coffers.
