Burners in 1? eastern states and the District of Columbia. It is an.other step in the fuel conserva.tion program which already hasstipulated cuts in fuel^ oil forhome owners, a 25 per cent cut for non-resistance heating, and a reduction In the value of gasoline coupons.Officials say the order will affect chiefly industrial users of the heaviest type oils used for such machines as dynamos.
