Billy Joe ButlerReported Missing In Korean ActionPfc. Billy Joe Butler, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Butler of 1316 Third Street in Kerrville, has been reported missing in action in Korea, by the War Department.He had been in Korea since July with the Second Engineers, and was reported missing since November 28. The father said that the last letter from the boy mentioned going up to the front to bridge the Yallau River, and that his company had been acting as infantrymen several times. The telegram from the War Department arrived on January 6.The boy had ben born and reared in Kerrville, and joined the Army three years ago. He had been stationed in Tacoma, Washington, and was at home on leavelast Spring. 0-I
