SIGNING AM) SEALING:—- Preparing for their *35,000 campaign for funds, which started today, to build a negro veterans’ memorial which shall serve also as a civic and recreational center for High Point's negro population, leaders first signed an agreement with the Wachovia hank trust department to serve as depository and disbursing agent for funds collected.
