Tragnitz, 28, 12857 Honore st., was killedin action in Germany on Nov. 29, according to a telegram received by his sister, Mary, here on Jan. 4.On Dec. 18, she had been notified that he was missing in action and it now develops he was killed on the day^he -was Reported asmissing.Lt. Tragnitz was a leader of a rifle platoon that first pushed its way into the city of Aachen, Germany, last fall and he receive^ a special article from a war correspondent for his efforts. Ernest Labriola hasbeen missing in action somewhere in France since Dec. 16, 1944.Ernest, only 19, had been overseas with an Infantry Regt. only a few months. Two brothers are also in the Infantry overseas, Pfc.Daniel D., in France, and Pfc. Joseph, with the 40th Division in the Pacific.The youngest brother Harry, is scheduled to leave for induction on Saturday. The father, Anthony Labriola, lives on High st. A sister.
