Pfe. William J. Kish, son of Mrs. Rose Kish, Fallsingfon, has been as sjgned 1o the A. A. F. Training Command radio school at the Sioux Falls Army Air Field, Sioux,Falls, S. I)., for training as a radio operator mechanic. Inducted in Nov., 1942, he was formerly employed in Trenton,Lt. Jane E. Slides, of 122 S. York ltd., Hal boro, is among the Pennsylvania IT. S. Army nurses, who have been .serving in the South Pacific. She is stationed at Guadalcanal.Petty Officer 1 c Vincent Wiggins has been spending a leave at his home at Wood Hill following his graduation from the lleet school at Camp Peary, Va. He has been assigned to a school in Washington, 1). C. to qualify as a chief petty officer.First Lieut, Ilnmias Zogorski, accompanied by his wife, has been on a furlough at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Zogorski, Wood Hill. Lieut. Zogorski is a bombardier instructor at a camp in Texas. Abrother, Raymond Zogorski, C. S. Navy, is an airplane mechanic at Norfolk, and another brother, Joseph Zogorski, Jr., is in charge of Army trucks at a camp in Arkansas.Pvt. William E. Bux, Bristol; Pvt. Julio Caucci, Bristol; Pfc. William P Crossland, Neshaminy; Pvt. Joseph Marcucci, Morrisvrlle; Staff Sgt. Henry Randt, Quakertown; and Pfc. Walter S. Slack, Willow (Grove, were included on the list of names of 3,144 United States soldiers wounded in action made public today by the War Department today. In all these cases the next of kin have previously been notified.
