Hei early- joined the army and was in the: landing of our forces in -North’ Africa as a commando. He was lfjter captured and was aprisoner,, of war in Italy and Germany'; for three years. Since the •end oD the war he has been taking an-..- - electrical - engineering course ioffere'dv: by the goverr/ient. He expects to finish this course in a tew months, and hopes to settle in Algona with his bride.‘ h V
