Six appeals were heard by mem-bers of City Board No. 1 Tuesday afternoon. Ruling on two appeal cases was continued, three appeals were rejected and two granted. The registrants appealed on grounds they had dependents and were needed at home, thereby changing their classification from Class 1 to Class 3.App^ale rejected were those of Leroy Glensey, 2,13 North Third street; Vjctor Loy, boathpuse, foot Market'Street; Louis Ruzzutl, 227 North Eighth street, They have right of further appeal to the district board of appeals.The classification was changed for Tony Garafalo, 327 .South Third street apd Frederick Jeffers 4 59 Linden avenue, Garafalo was placed in Class 3 because of dependents and Jeffers was put ip Class 1-B for limited service because of speech impediment.Appeals continued temporarily were those of John Wilson, 541South Fourth street and Thaddeus Mieckowski, 251 Terrace avenue, both of whom are married.
