Jan. 5.—Second Lt, Orville Roland, 26 years old. brother of Vernon Roland of Dalhartand son of Mr. and Mrs. B. D.Roland of Greenville, is a Jap prisoner in the Philippines, according to the War Department.He was a photographer with the air forces and was last heard from at Nichols Field, near Manila. Just before the Dec. 7 attack on Pearl I Harbor. He has been reported missing since last July.
