James B. Edwards and ML Pleasant Mayor G. Magralh Darby Jr., cut ihe ribbon to open the carrier, known as The Fighting Lady.” for public tours.Herman J. Kossfer, director of the-museum, said he was cautiously optimistic that the York town and the museum will become a prominent tourist al* traction.He said initial reaction has been good, and added lhaL an advertising campaign had not yet begun. -Kosster said it cost $3 million fix the various procedures involved in getting Ihe ship' for the museum. ■Patriots Point officials are studying the feasibility of obtaining ihe nuclear ship N.S.
