82, of 327 Linden Ave., Oil City, died at 3:35 a.m. Sunday in the Oil City Hospital following a lengthy illness.She was born in Titusville Jan. 27, 1901, a daughter of William D. and Mary EUzabeth Hindman Thurston, and attended the Titusville schools.For many years, Mrs. McLaughlin had worked at Rowe’sFlower Shop on Seneca Street, Oil City.She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Oil City, where she was a member of the Altar Guild, the Women of Christ Lutheran Church, the Church Hospitality Guild and a former Sunday School teacher. Mrs. McLaughlin first wasmarried to Marion E. Judd. She later married Grover C. McLaughlin who preceded her in death in February 1975.Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Paul N. (Evelyn) McLaughlin of Oil City and Mrs. Phin A. (Shirley) Rudolph of Erie; five step-children, Joseph McLaughlin of Birmingham, Ala., John W.D. McLaughlin of Venus, Anna R. Kresinski and Paul McLaughlin, both of Oil City, and Phillip McLaughlin of Kittanning; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; andseveral nieces and nephews._ m * a a a m a
