Reports GrandsonMissing In VietThe grandson ol a Tyrone wo* man has been reported missing in action in Vietnam,Spec-4 Richard Hammond, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Ham* mond Sr. of Buffalo, N.Y., and grandson of Mrs. Kathryn L, DeLong of 1053 Pennsylvaniaave«, is a member of the 101st Airborne Division.His father is a former Tyrone resident.He was reported missing last Thursday afternoon and, to date, no word has been reeeved about him,Spec-4 Hammond was serving his second tour of duty In Vietnam, He had been home on leave in November, after serving a one-year tour In Vietnam, and returned for another six months. He was to have returned home next month.He Joined the service In July, 1966.
