FIRST SERGEANT OF THE YEAR: Senior Master Sgt. Robert Zolczynski is the 354th CES first sergeant. During the year, he served as the president of the First Sergeant Council; served double duty as the squadron chief enlisted manager for seven months; created an informationfair for squadron members deploying; Zolczynskiled squadron efforts during a search for a missing boy at Chena Lake; and is an instructor for the NCO Professional Development Seminar.
