Former Maynard Resident Receives Air Force AwardMAYNAKu — Helen Ar-ciszewski Richards, assistant to the protocol officer, Air Force Space and Missile Systems Organization, Los Angeles, has iceived a Superior Per-lormance award for accomplishment of her duties in an outstanding manner. Lt. Gen. John W. O’Neill, commander of SAMSO, made thepresentation at the Los Angelesftir Force Station,Mrs. Richards worked as General O'Neill’s secretary when he was commander of the Electronics Systems Division of Air Force Systems Command at Laurence G. Hanscom Field in Iffedford, from 1964 to 1966. She was assigned to SAMSO in 1968....
