home.—Tbe Ninth Indiana regiment arrived in Cincinnati on Sunday, and left for Paducah on the Poland and Champion No. 4. The regiment passed New Albany on Monday.—We regret to learn, says the Terre Haute Express, that Lieutenant Ilallowell, who distinguished himself in the three months’ service as one of the scouts of the 11th in the desperate conflict of 'the thirteen against nearly one hundred rebel cavalry, was severely wounded in the recent battle of Fort Donel son.—A large number of the sick and wounded of the 9th Indiana were left at tbe New Albany hospital as tbe regiment passed down the river.—The first Indiana cavalry has left its old quarters at Pilot Knob, Missouri, and moved southward, toward Arkansas.jS^The Cricketon the Hearth” will chirp
