MANISTIQUERAY McCARNEY stands beside a mannequin wearing the World War I uniform he wore in France in 1917-19. The mannequin was part of background decorations at Sunday’s annual recognition banquet for veterans, wives and widows of WWI Barracks at the VFW Hall.
