Magart, were filed for probate this week in circuit court. Mr. Magart died in July and ,his son was killed during the recent war.The father bequeathed all personal property to his wife, Florence Magart. The son also bequeathed all property to his mother. Bond in the sum of $12,000 was furnished in the estate of James O. Magart. Mrs. Magart was named executrix.The last will of Jesse L. Dillon, late of the Bringhurst community, was filed for probate Wednesday. Mr. Dillon provided for the payment of all debts and then provided that the remainder of his property should be reduced to cash and the funds invested in government bonds. At the death of his wife, the money is to be given to his granddaughters, Mary Graf, Rosalee and Roberta Dillon.
