Roy Mohr Receives His Pilot WingsSecond Lt. Roy H. Mohr of Forest Park has completed the Pilot Transition-Four-Engine course at Hobbs Army Air Field, Hobbs, New Mexico, according to the announcement of Colonel Joseph P. Bailey, commanding officer at Hobbs Field.Lt. Mohr was commssioned as second lieutenant and received his pilot wings at Stockton Field, Calif., on December 25.Completion of his transition training at Hobbs Army Air Field qualifies Lt. Mohr as a combat pilot, another young American qualified to meet any Axis challenge.Lt. Mohr is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy H. Mohr, 840 Thomasavenue, Forest Park.
