Shreeve of 881 28th St., advanced ROTC cadet at Utah State Agricultural College, has been nominated for appointment. as second lieutenant in the regular Army.To be accepted as an officer in the regular Army, he was required to be in the upper half of his class academically, possess a high degree of leadership qualities and be an outstanding military student.
