Cat Milt D. Campbell, Indianapolis, actingdirector of national de-fenae of the American Legion, was the principal speaker at the annual dinner of Columbia System Post, Thursday night. The post comprises employes of the Cincinnati Oas Electric Co. Service star flags were presented to H. C. Blackwell, president of utility, who has two sons in the Army; Eugene W. O’Neill, past commander of the post, who has a son in the Army Air Corps; Pred S. Dewey, general sales manager, and Col. Campbell. Dewey’s son, Fred 8. Dewey Jr., is lieutenant of artillery, serving with Oen. Mac-Arthur at Bataan Peninsula. Col. Campbell's son. Braxton, is a lieutenant in the Army and stationed in the Par East.
