MARVIN HAYES : HOWARD HAYES, T-M.V. 3/cThese three Hayes brothers axe sons of Mrs. Ethel Hayes, near Moberly._ One has just arrivedoverseas and the other two arc overseas veterans. They are:Pvt. Melvin C. Hayes, 25, whose wife recently received word that he had arrived in France. He has been in the infantry since his induction last July 24. He received training at Camp Wolters, Tex., and after a 10-day furlough spent with his wife and daughter, Connie Sue, and his mother, he was sent overseas. •••■-.:Pfc. Marvin G. Hayes, 22, is a Marine, enlisting November 13, 1942. He received boot* training at San Diego and after 12 months duty overseas, was returned to.the States for a 30-day rehabilitation leave. He is now in Philadelphia and his wife is there with him.Howard C. Hayes. T- M. V. 3-c, 20, enlisted July 20, 1942, receiving boot training at the Greac Lakes, HI., Naval Training Station, them leaving for 21 months service in foreign waters. He also has been home on 30-day leave, during which.:he also visited in Denver, Colo., where hewas living at tlie time he enlisted. •In less than four months, the three sons were here on furlough and’leaves, but all-three cameat different times.
