NOW STAFF SERGEANTLoris Kisfaler, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Kishler,' of Junction City, was recently promoted to staff sergeant, according to announcement from U. S. Army Headquarters in the Middle EasL Sgt. .Kishler is stationed at an Air Transport Command base in Central- Africa. He was graduated in the class of 1936 from Jackson high school, in Junction City, and prior, to entering the service was employ-led as a kiln.'fireman by the Junc-jtion City Sewer Pipe Co.
