Doylestown FiremenExtinguish Two FiresTwo fires, one in DoylestownTownship and the other in the borough, were extinguished by Doylestown firemen over the weekend.Vbout 4 40 a m today firemen were summoned to the home of Mr and Mrs. Calvin 1. Williams, 212 Wood St , because the oil heater wa not functioning properly and was filling the house with smoke.Fire Chief Arthur Schmellsaid no property damage was done to the basement but therewill be some damage in the restof the house because of thesmokeAssistant Fire Chief Carl L Myers said firemen were called to Matt Smith's garage about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, where the cab of a truck had caught fire Myers estima'ed damage at $300.Workmen had been taking the truck apart and the fire brokeout after they had stopped working for several hours, he said
