Sam WalperA memorial erected in memory of Sam Walper, who died Feb. 25, 1952, will be dedicated at the Children of Israel cemetery Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p. m.Rabbi Naitali Halpem of the Children of Israel synagogue will officiate.Mr. Walper is survived by his wife, Leah, who resides at 841 Thresher ave., Benton Harbor; two daughters, Mrs. Newton Frank and Mrs. Myer Tobin, of Benton Harbor; two sons, Cecil and Gerald of Chicago, and a sister, Mrs. Dora Berliner, of Benton Harbor.
