Malaria Attack Fails as Plea in Court, so Couple Get ProbationA supposed attack of malaria is not sufficient excuse for a youngman to spend the night in a girl’shotel room, Municipal Judge ScottLowry ruled today when he imposed a year’s probation on a Waukesha couple charged with lewd and lascivious conduct.Prank Schirripa, 25, 1104 WhiteRock ave., told the court he suffered a recurrence of malarial fever Saturday night, so he spent the night in his girl friend's hotel room while she placed cold towels on hta forehead.
