Sittings Suspended.St. Louis, Feb. 6. — Sittings of the courtmartial which is trying Lieutenant Albert E. Mohn in the administration building at Jefferson barracks.have been suspended pending a ruling from General Wint. The trial is the* outcome of a courtmartial held in November. Lieutenant Mohn was then charged with “conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman” and was acquitted.’ He then was tried for insubordination and convicted. The case was appealed and finally reached the president, who ordered the case retried.
