I The accident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. when a car operated by Army Specialist Robert. L. Free berg, 21, of Headquar-I ters Company, Army Security | Agency (ASA), Fort Devens, apparently went out of control just west of the Nashoba River bridge, crossed over into the west bound lane, through a snowbank and into the parking area of the Rotor Club, where it struck four parked vehicles.FREEBERG and a passenger, Pvt. Prentice A. Baca, 23, of Co. D, ASA, were removed in the Ayer fire department ambulance to the U.S. Army station hospital. Freeberg suffered cuts of the head and a concussion. Baca had lacerations of the chin, neck and forehead, and 20 stitches were required to close the gash on his forehead.Two of the four parked vehicles were totally demolished, a third sustained $500 damages and the fourtii, $200, Freeberg's car was also totalled.
