Starrlttr Indians,Wisnipxg, Feb. 2.—Intelligence fromLesser Slave lake announces that the Indians there are dying from starvation and pestilence. Over 150 died last month frommeasles, and as the fisheries have failedand the rabbits and lynx have deserted thecountry, they have no means of subsistence.
