COMBAT TRAINING - MarinePvt. James C. Champagne, son of Mr, and Mrs. Otto Champagne of 404 Ninth St., is scheduled to finish four weeks of individual combat training Feb. 5 at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Calif. The course includes the latest infantry tactics, first aid, demolitions, field fortifications and advanced schooling onweapons. Trainees learn that allMarines are basically infantrymen, whether they serve as cooks, typists, truck drivers, or with aviation units.
