Two Men JoinArmed Forces iRICHMOND — Two Richmond men were inducted into the Army airborne service Thursday.Ivan RaM’son Jr.. son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Rawson is a graduate of Pittsfield High Vocational School and was employed at Bartlett’s Orchard. Lawrence Lipps Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Lipps, was a member of Pittsfield High Vocational School, class of, 1956. Both signed up for three years and were assigned to Ft. Dix, N.J., for basic training.
