King Menelik Will Send an Exhibit to the World’s Fair, but Owing to Political Disturb-*ances in Abyssinia Will Not be Able to Visit the UnitedStates.An Associated Press dispatch from Mar sell e tells of the safe arrival there on Saturday of United States Consul General Robert P. Skinner,formerlv of this city, after an expedition to Abyssinia for this government.Dr. A. Per Lee Pease and Horatio W. Wales, of Massillon, accompanied Mr. Skinner. Dr. Pease served as the official surgeon of the expedition. Mr. Wales was Mr. Skinner’s secretary.
