Jarrett issued a startling statement concerning drug usage in the county.“A surprising number of Mercer County's young people are using forms of dangerous drugs and most people simply are not aware of what is happening,” the judge said.We ran no longer play ostrich in Mercer County and bury our heads in the sand. . , now is the time to sound the alarm.”
