MEN TO QUIT SIBERIAOnly 53 Soldiers From Draft* Are Left In Buesia After Transport Sails,,Vladivostok, Siberia, Dec. 30.—-The United States army transport Logan departed Dec. 11 for tho United States, The vessel carries 812 soldiers, which leaves in Siberia fifty-three drafted men or men wlm enlisted for the period of emergency. The Loguu !s sailing direct for Snn Francisco and it Is ox* petced will,arrive there about .Tan. 1, The remaining drafted men. thirty of who are on the way to Vladivostok from posts in the railway zone and the others who are In hospitals, will leave Siberia on tho transport Sheridan, sailing in the middle of January. ,
